【摘要】 采用文献综述法,归纳演绎法等,对篮球规则的概念、本质、目的进行了说明,指明规则修订所遵循的原则,以及规则演变的规律和效用,阐明了一百多年来规则的变化对篮球运动发展的影响,指出篮球规则的修订是根据篮球运动发展中所出现的各种问题进行的。任何一次规则的修改与增订都对篮球运动技术和战术的发展产生了积极的促进作用,给训练和竞赛带来了新的课题。篮球规则的不断修改与完善决定了篮球运动的技术、战术在规则作用和制约下不断发展,篮球运动的活力是由篮球规则所激发和决定的。篮球规则随着运动的发展而发展,永远处在不断的修改和完善的过程之中。只有熟练掌握并理解规则,才能促使篮球运动健康、稳定的发展。更多还原
