【Abstract】 With the methods of documents,investigation and statistics,it analyzed the basketball referees in Zhejiang.The result shows that the basketball senior referee’s quantity and level in Zhejiang province occupy the national forefront,but the referee’s distribution and level of each area differ greatly.There are few women in the referee team.The cultivation of referees is adopted with the training mode of "dual track system",and the training system is non-flexible.更多还原
