【摘要】 采用肌电图学与运动学相结合的方法,对天津体操队男子运动员手倒立类动作进行同步研究分析,对获得图像进行解析,得到控制手倒立动作的范围前倾8°和后倾5°,据此对肌电数据进行分析,得出不同类型手倒立肌肉的控制变化存在差异性(P<0.05),从而得出三种不同类型手倒立动作的训练方法,为体操运动员的训练提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the methods of electromyography and kinematics,it analyzed the different kinds of handstand from Tianjin Gym Team,parse the image,the range of controlled the kinds handstand is the forward 8° and the backward 5°.The electromyography data,muscular controlled of the different kinds handstand is different,therefore it obtained teaching measure of different kings of handstand.The goal is to provide information about the athletes’ handstand training.更多还原
