【摘要】 体育社团良性运行的一个重要途径是建立有效的评估体系,对其运行效果的科学评价是体育社团组织完善的必然要求。结合中国体育社团的现状,在文献资料调研和专家访谈的基础上,采用主成分分析等方法,构建了体育社团运行效果评价指标体系,应用层次分析法给出各指标的权重。并以山东篮协为例,其进行了实证分析,以求对体育社团运行效果的分析计量有所促进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Establishing an effective evaluation system is an important way for benign operation of the sports mass organization,and it is inevitable requirement of sports mass organization well-organized for its scientific evaluation of operation effect.The paper combined with the status of China mass organization,on the basis of the literature,interviews with experts and the principal component analysis methods to the construction of evaluation index system of sports mass organization operation effect,using the weight of each indicator given by AHP application.Take Shandong Basketball Association as an example,using evaluation model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to practical analysis,so as to promote the measurement results of the operation effect sports mass organization.更多还原
