基于模糊自整定PID的矿热炉电极控制系统设计

【摘要】 以矿热炉电极控制为研究对象,进行了计算机控制系统的硬件结构设计。针对矿热炉电极控制这个随机干扰十分严重的非线性时变系统,设计了模糊自整定PID控制器,给出了MATLAB仿真框图及阶跃响应的仿真曲线。经过MATLAB仿真表明系统的动、静态性能良好,系统响应快,超调量小,抗干扰能力强,充分说明模糊自整定PID可以对三相矿热炉的电极实现有效的控制。

【Abstract】 To take the submerged arc furnace electrode control as a research subject describes the hardware structural design of the computer controller system.Considering submerged arc furnace,a non-linear time-varying system with very strong random interference,a fuzzy self-tuning PID controller is designed.Through MATLAB simulation,it is proved that the system has good dynamic and static performance,fast response,litter overshoot,strong anti-interference capability,and so three-phase electric arc furnace electrode can be effectively controlled by the fuzzy self-tuning PID.
