GPC净化-同位素稀释内标定量GC-MS对植物油中多环芳烃的测定

【摘要】 采用同位素稀释法并结合凝胶渗透色谱净化技术,建立了植物油中多环芳烃残留的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)检测方法。样品中加入同位素替代物后,样品中的多环芳烃经乙腈-丙酮(体积比6∶4)溶液提取,共提取物中大部分的脂类、色素和蜡质经窄口径凝胶渗透色谱柱除去后,进行GC-MS测定,内标法定量。添加回收率为80%~110%,相对标准偏差小于15%。应用于FAPAS橄榄油有证标准样品,测定值与标准值一致。

【Abstract】 A method for the multi-residue analysis of PAHS in vegetable oil was developed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry based on isotope dilution and gel permeation chromatography purification.The target analytes in samples were extracted with the solution of acetonitrile(ACN)-acetone(6∶4,by volume)affer spiked with isotope-labeled(deuterated)surrogate standards,purified using gel permeation chromatography(GPC) to eliminate most of the coextracts,such as lipids,pigments and waxes,and then quantified by internal standard method.The average recoveries were between 80% and 110% with the relative standard deviation less than 15%.Results showed that the PAHS values detected were in good agreement with the corresponding certified reference values in FAPAS olive oil.
