【Abstract】 Cognitive linguistics has had great influence on language studies and translation studies.This paper starts with an introduction to the present investigations on cognitive linguistics,and then concentrates on the exploration of the explanatory power and the significance of cognitive science on translation and translation operation from the perspective of ICM.In short,the notion of ICM,the cognitive meaning of text,the cognitive process of translation and the tentative principle of translation operation are discussed in detail.更多还原
