【摘要】 目的探讨血管紧张素-(1-7)[Ang-(1-7)]对转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)诱导的大鼠肾系膜细胞结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)表达的影响。方法采用WST法检测培养系膜细胞增殖情况;采用RT-PCR法检测CTGF基因mRNA的表达。结果与对照组比较,Ang-(1-7)明显抑制TGF-β1诱导的肾小球系膜细胞增殖(P<0.05);同时,Ang-(1-7)对TGF-β1诱导的系膜细胞CTGF mRNA表达也有明显抑制作用(P<0.05)。结论Ang-(1-7)对TGF-β1诱导的系膜细胞增殖有抑制作用,其机制可能与抑制TGF-β1诱导的CTGF表达有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of angiotensin-(1-7)[Ang-(1-7)]on expression of connective tissue growth factor(CTGF) in cultured glomerular mesangial cells(GMC) stimulated by transforming growth factor β1(TGF-β1).Methods Cell proliferation was evaluated by WST assay and CTGF mRNA expression in GMC was analyzed by RT-PCR.Results Compared with controll group,Ang-(1-7) significantly inhibit cultured GMC proliferation induced by TGF-β1(P<0.05);and also inhibits the mRNA expression of CTGF induced by TGF-β1 in cultured GMC(P<0.05).Conclusion Ang-(1-7) can inhibit the proliferation of GMC induced by TGF-β1 and the mechanisms may be associated with effects of suppressing CTGF expression.更多还原
