【Abstract】 "Super performance" is not only the state that many corporations admire,but also the objective of nonprofit organizations,especially the colleges.Balance score card(BSC)that derived in the 1990s has been regarded as one of the most influenced managerial tools for 75 years.It is significant to improve organizational performance enhance and strategic management enhancing.Using BSC,the college can design the total process from the formation of strategic vision to the establishment of strategic theme and objectives,then to the transformation of action and the definition of performance measuring indices.The process can provide reference for colleges to improve their performance management system.更多还原
