公铁联运货运网络潜在运能分析

【摘要】 联合运输货运网络运输能力的计算是多式联运策略制订的基础,本文在对现有联运网络运输能力研究的基础上,根据联合运输货运网络的特性,分析了货运网络潜在运输能力的概念,提出公铁联运货运网络广义运输费用的计算式,基于OD流量扩张对最小路径广义运输费用的弹性,从变需求量的系统最优配流角度,构建公铁联运网络的潜在运能模型,利用改进的方向搜索法实现求解。最后,以一个公铁联运网络为例,对所提出的模型进行求解,并通过与其他方法比较说明本文模型算法的可用性和实用价值,从而为深化公铁联运运能分析提供必要的方法。

【Abstract】 Computation of transportation capacity of the multimodal freight transportation network is the key foundation of multimodal transportation strategy formulation.In this paper,recent researches on multimodal transportation network capacity computations are reviewed.Based on characteristics of the multimodal freight transportation network,the concept of multimodal freight transportation network potential capacity is analyzed,and generalized costs of the road-rail transportation network are proposed.Based on elasticity of expanded flow between OD pairs and the minimal path generalized transportation costs,and standing on the view of system optimum flow assignment point with variable demands,a potential capacity determined model is formulated for the road-rail freight transportation network,as well as its solution algorithm,which is an advanced direction search approach.A numerical case with a simple road-rail freight network is used to demonstrate the feasibility and practical value of the proposed model.This method of computing potential transportation capacity might provide essential methodology to deepen the transportation capacity analysis for the road-rail freight network.
