【摘要】 对目前CRH2型动车组制动系统摩擦系数的设计选择现状进行了简单介绍,在此基础上,结合设计、运用和试验情况,提出CRH2型动车组摩擦系数的选取原则,针对原有设计方案存在的不足,提出修正方案,并进行了相关的试验验证。在高速动车组制动系统设计方面,首次提出运用分段摩擦系数进行制动系统设计的思想,可有效避免采用平均摩擦系数的弊端,并避免低速区域摩擦系数突变对制动性能及旅客乘坐舒适度的影响。

【Abstract】 Optimization selection of friction coefficient of braking system on CRH2 EMU was studied in the paper.Based on the presentation of current selection situation of friction coefficient,the selection principle of friction coefficient on CRH2 EMUS was put forward,combining with the design,application and experiment.In view of the disadvantage of average friction coefficient in the original design scheme,segment friction coefficient was put forward in the design of braking system on the high speed train.Experimental investigation was carried out to validate the modification scheme,and the results shows that it can avoid the disadvantage of average friction coefficient and improve the ride comfort and braking performance which was affected by the abrupt change of friction coefficient in low speed region.
