某过桥钢结构健康监测系统设计及安全评价

【摘要】 研究目的:为保证某大型钢铁厂在技术改造工程中的安全生产,将结构健康监测系统应用到该厂支撑轧钢辊道的过桥结构和安全评价中。通过对过桥结构进行现场测试和理论计算,设计出该过桥结构的健康监测系统。研究结论:通过建立该过桥钢结构的有限元分析模型,计算和分析了该过桥结构的振动、应力和变形等响应,并结合粗轧钢板生产过程的控制要求,确定了过桥结构健康监测系统的监测内容和测点布置。监测结果表明,该监测系统达到了设计要求。其结果可为类似过桥结构的健康监测系统提供参考。

【Abstract】 Research purposes: In order to ensure the safe production of a large-sized steelworks during the upgrading,the health monitoring was used for monitoring the safety and safety evaluation of the over-bridge structure to support the roller way.Through on-site tests and theoretical calculation of the over-bridge structure,the health monitoring system for the over-bridge structure was designed. Research conclusions: The responses of the over-bridge structure to the vibration,stress and deformation were calculated and analyzed with finite-element analysis model for the over-bridge structure,and the monitoring contents and monitoring spots arrangement of the monitoring system were determined according to the control requirements for rough steel rolling.The monitored results indicate that the performance of the health monitoring system has satisfied the design requirements and the results can be as the reference to the similar health monitoring system for over-bridge structure.
