锥形橡胶弹簧结构分析
Structure Analysis of Cone Rubber Spring
【摘要】 根据锥形橡胶弹簧实际工况,利用ANSYS软件建立了相应的有限元映射网格模型,并进行了结构分析和刚度计算。通过动刚度测试试验对有限元计算刚度进行了验证,结果表明所建立的有限元模型正确、产品刚度满足设计要求。
【Abstract】 On the basis of the actual working conditions of cone rubber springs,the corresponding finite element mapping network model is set up with the application of the ANSYS software,and the structure analysis and stiffness calculation are made.The finite element calculation of stiffness is verified with the dynamic stiffness measurement experiment.The result shows that the finite element model already set up is correct,and the stiffness of products can meet the design requirements.
