肝泰乐颗粒对实验性肝损伤的保护作用

【摘要】 目的观察肝泰乐颗粒对实验性肝损伤是否具有保护作用,为该临床经验方的应用提供理论基础。方法采用对四氯化碳(CCl4)造成的小鼠急性、慢性肝损伤模型,以及巨噬细胞吞噬功能实验的方法。结果肝泰乐颗粒具有明显降低血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)含量的作用,具有明显降低肝组织内脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)含量、提高肝组织内超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)含量等作用,对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能有显著的提高作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the protective effects of Glucurolactone granules on experimental hepatic injury and to lay the foundation for the application in clinical prescription. Methods The following methods were adopted: acute and chronic mice liver injury model caused by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4), as well as macrophage phagocytosis experiments. Results Glucurolactone granules have the role in lowering the concentration of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), increasing the level of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in liver tissue, and enhancing murine peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis significantly.
