【摘要】 目的考察白屈菜药材的最佳醇提工艺。方法1.采用正交试验法优化白屈菜醇提工艺;2.白屈菜红碱的含量采用HPLC法测定。结果最佳工艺条件为:A3B2C1D3,即加6倍量95%乙醇(含0.50%的盐酸)提取1.5h。结论按优化工艺提取白屈菜药材能达到很好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To see about the best extractive method for Chelidonium majus L.Method 1.By using the orthogonal tests,to optimize the optimum ethanol extraction process for Chelidonium majus L.2.Establish the method of HPLC for the determination of the content of Chelerythrine.Result The best extractive method of Chelidonium majus L was A3B2C1D3,extracted with 6 times amount of 95% alcohol(with 0.50%HCl) and 1.5 hours.Conclusion Extract Chelidonium majus L.by this method can get a good result.更多还原
