【摘要】 采用有机泡沫浸渍法制备泡沫陶瓷,研究了各种工艺因素对泡沫陶瓷制备的影响。研究表明,泡沫体的挂浆量在经过50%的酸处理或2mol/L的碱处理之后效果较好。在普通陶瓷的浆料中加入质量分数为0.05～0.25%的三聚磷酸钠作分散剂和少量表面活性剂获得的浆料性能优良。加入7～8%硅灰石为烧成助剂烧成温度降低为1260℃。最后得到了性能参数为:气孔率为80%以上,体积密度0.3g/cm3～0.7g/cm3,加工简单,过滤能力强的泡沫陶瓷。更多还原

【Abstract】 Foam ceramics were prepared by impregnating polyurethane sponge with ceramic slurry. The effects of different technical factors on properties of foam ceramics were studied. In the study, the slurry loading on the template is better after treatment in 50% acid or 2mol/L alkali solution. The best slurry can be obtained by adding 0.05～0.25% trimeric sodium phosphate and a small amount of surfactant. The sintering temperature has dropped to 1260℃ with the addition of 7～8% wollastonite. The foam ceramics thus obtained are capable of easy processing and high filtration. Its open porosity is greater than 80% and its volume density is 0.3～0.7g/cm3.更多还原
