工艺因素对Ca[(Li1/3Nb2/3)0.95Zr0.15]O3+δ陶瓷微波介电性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了制备工艺对Ca[(Li1/3Nb2/3)0.95Zr0.15]O3+δ(CLNZ)陶瓷的微观结构及微波介电特性的影响。研究表明,煅烧温度对晶粒形貌有明显影响,随煅烧温度的增加,气孔率减小,但超过900℃后又增加。当煅烧温度为900℃,在1150℃、4h烧结,陶瓷微波介电性能最佳:εr=31.6,Qf=13100GHz,τf=-9.4ppm/℃.

【Abstract】 The effects of preparation processing on microstructures and microwave dielectric properties of Ca [(Li1/3Nb2/3)0.95Zr0.15]O3+δ (CLNZ) ceramics were investigated. The results of research show that the calcining temperature significantly influences the grain and porosity. With the increasing of calcining temperature, the porosity decreased until 900℃ . Higher calcining temperature would cause the porosity to increase again. When sintered at 1150℃ for 4h, the optimum microwave dielectric properties: εr =31.6, Qf=13100GHz and τf =-9.4ppm/℃ were obtained.
