【摘要】 用含一定浓度梯度Na2CO3的溶液处理吉单198和四单19两种玉米种子,以及用含一定浓度梯度Na2CO3的完全培养液培养此两种玉米幼苗,观察并记录各项生理指标。结果显示,低浓度的Na2CO3溶液对玉米种子和幼苗的伤害轻微,高浓度的伤害严重。综合各项指标,品种四单19耐盐性较强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the solution that included certain concentration gradient Na2CO3 to treat two kinds of corn seeds JiDdan198 and SiDan19,as well as using the solution that included certain concentration gradient Na2CO3 complete nutrient fluid to raise the seedlings of this two kinds of corn,observed and recorded every physiology index.The result showed that lower concentration Na2CO3 solution was slight to the corn seed and seedling’s injury,the higher concentration was serious.Synthesizes each target,the salt endurances of variety SiDan19 is strong.更多还原
