【Abstract】 The right of obligee’s subrogation is a important system in Chinese contract law , It’s also many disputes about it ,but there relacts deep viewpoint , I thought over about this system’s situation, including of its object、efficiency and the confliction to the subrogated enforcement system, come up with my own point,maybe have some suggestive points to other people.更多还原
