【摘要】 目的:探讨在高压氧治疗中应用音乐治疗对患者血压、心率、呼吸以及对抑郁粗分的影响。方法:将150名患者随机分为对照组和试验组,试验组再分为给以镇静降压作用的试验乐曲A组及给以一般流行音乐B组共3组,分别于高压氧治疗加压前、后,吸氧50min后及减压结束后测取各组血压、心率、呼吸等数据,并于首次治疗前及疗程结束后测定患者的抑郁自评量表(SDS)粗分变化数据,进行统计学的分析处理。结果:加压前、后对照组与A组间血压、心率均值变化及A、B组间心率均值变化有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组与B组间以及A组与B组间的其它均值数据均无统计学意义。结论:高压氧治疗中给以镇静降压作用的音乐,对患者有显著的镇静作用,值得应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effects of musical therapy’s affection in hyperbaric oxygenation on patients’ blood pressure, heart rate, breath and Self-rating Depression Scale. Methods To divide 150 patients’ into control group and trial group, simultaneously, divide trial group into A group with trial music having calming and decompression effect and B group with pop music, totally 3 groups. Blood press, heart rate and breath data were measured before and 0’, 50’ after hyperbaric oxygenation, after decompression, individually. The changing data of patients’ SDS were measured before first cure and after cure. Statistic analysis were taken. Results The differences in blood pressure and heart rate average value between control group and A group, as well as A and B group were statistic significant(P < 0.05). There is no significant difference between control group and B group, and the same to the other value between A and B group. Conclusion Calming and decompression music has distinct effects on patients in hyperbaric oxygenation cure.更多还原
