【摘要】 积极推进深港合作开发金融人力资源进程,不仅能有效发挥深港金融人才资源的"累积效应"和"扩散效应",构建两地金融人才培养、流动、信息、环境等开发合作共同体,而且能有效降低两地合作中金融人才的交易成本、行政成本、制度成本,增强深港金融人才的整体综合竞争力。本文拟结合深圳金融人才资源开发的实际,以推进深港合作开发金融人力资源为主题,以策略谋划为重点,试就深港合作开发金融人力资源的良好机遇、策略定位、保障体系等问题予以探索和研究。更多还原
