移动床生物膜反应器处理生活污水的研究
Research of Municipal Sewage Treatment with Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor
【摘要】 通过对移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)处理模拟城市生活污水的研究,探讨了污水进水质量浓度、容积负荷、水力停留时间对反应器处理性能及效果的影响,并建立了MBBR系统的基质降解模型。试验结果表明:当进水CODCr质量浓度在150~500 mg/L、水力停留时间为4 h时,CODCr的去除率在87%以上,并得出模拟的城市生活污水水温在(22±2)℃时的有机物降解动力学方程。
【Abstract】 A pilot test of simulated municipal wastewater treatment with a moving bed biofilm reactor was carried out to study the effects of CODCr concentration of influent,HRT and volumetric load on the treatment performance and results of the reactor.The results show that when the CODCr concentration of influent is 150~500 mg/L,HRT is 4 h,the re-moval rate of CODCr was more than 87 %.The kinetic model of substrate degradation in MBBR used to treat the simu-lated municipal wastewater at 22±2 ℃ was established.
