【摘要】 基于高等院校特困生扶助工作的复杂性,认为对特困生的扶助方式要因人而异,不能千人一样,要根据特困生的实际情况,多种扶助方式灵活运用;同一名特困生,不同时期采用不同的扶助方式,在同一时期也要采用多种扶助方式的"立交桥式"纵横交错的方式进行扶助。提出了建立定期资助与不定期资助相结合,"输血"与"造血"相结合,以工代赈与直接补助相结合,减免学费、助学贷款与缓交学费相结合,学校扶助与社会救助相结合,资助与奖励相结合,经济援助与精神抚慰相结合的纵横交错式的扶助体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is important to subside every poor-university-student based on his concrete facts because there are different and complicated situations in construct subsidy system.Therefore many kinds of forms and ways must be used in subsiding poor student.we employed and named a kind of crossing bridge subsidy system i.e.all-round and tridimensional subsidy system,such as including regular subsidy and irregular one,combining blood transfusion with hemopoiesis,give people work in place of relief subsidies with direct grant system,reduce or remit one’s tuition,loans for supporting students and delay one’s tuition,provide financial aid and a certain compensation for pain and suffering.更多还原
