注射用葛根素纳米乳的制备及质量评价
Preparation and Evaluation of Puerarin Nanoemulsion for Injection
【摘要】 目的研制注射用葛根素纳米乳。方法采用单因素筛选,通过相图优化制备工艺,并对葛根素纳米乳的理化性质、形态和粒径分布、含量等质量指标进行考察。结果最适宜的油相、表面活性剂和助表面活性剂分别为大豆油、磷脂和山梨醇,三者之间的最适比例为1.6∶20∶20。以优化处方和工艺制备的注射用葛根素纳米乳的含量为2.5%,外观呈浅黄色,透明,乳滴呈球形,平均粒径为32.4 nm,粒径分布较窄,电导率为69μs.cm-1,粘度为17.8 mPa.s,折光率为1.3815,稳定性较好。结论成功地研制了具有较好质量指标的葛根素纳米乳,为注射用葛根素纳米乳进一步研究奠定了良好的基础。
【Abstract】 Objective To study nanoemulsion of puerarin for injection.MethodsSingle factor screening and phase diagram were used to optimize preparation process,and physicochemical properties,shape,size,size distribution and content of puerarin nanoemulsions were invesegated.ResultsOptimum oil,surfactant and cosurfactant were soybean oil,phospholipase and sorbitol with their optimum proprotion of 1.6∶20∶20.The puerarin emulsion for injection had 2.5% puerarin,and appeared yellow,transparent.Droplets in emulsions showed spherical with average size 32.4 nm,conductivity 69 μs·cm-1,viscosity 17.8 mPa·s,refractive index 1.3815 and good stagility.ConclusionPuerarin nanoemulsions were developed successfully.
