大孔吸附树脂分离纯化红花黄色素的研究

【摘要】 目的考察ADS-17大孔吸附树脂对红花黄色素的分离纯化方法。方法采用静态和动态吸附,考察了ADS-17树脂的吸附性能,并采用紫外-可见分光光度法对红花黄色素含量进行了定量分析。结果ADS-17树脂对红花黄色素具有较好的吸附选择性。在最优化工艺条件下,即吸附流速2 BV/h,50%乙醇作为洗脱剂,洗脱流速2 BV/h,产品纯度达到85.34%。结论ADS-17树脂用于红花黄色素的分离纯化效果良好。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the method for separation and purification of the safflor yellow(SY) in Flor Carthami with macroporous absorption resin ADS-17.MethodsADS-17 resin was systematically studied for its absorption capability by static and dynamic absorption.UV-Vis was used to measure the content of SY.ResultsADS-17 resin could be used to produce SY with high quality.The optimal technological conditions were as follows: the flow velocity of absorption,2 BV/h,the eluting reagent 50% ethanol,eluting velocity 2 BV/h.The purity of SY was 85.34%.ConclusionThis method with ADS-17 macroporous absorption resin is efficient to separate the safflor yellow.
