【摘要】 目的研究荨麻提取物中水溶性成分的5a-还原酶抑制活性。方法基于荧光测定的方法,建立一种5a-还原酶抑制剂体外模型,从大鼠前列腺组织中提取5α-还原粗酶,与底物睾酮(Testosterone)以及供氢体还原型辅酶Ⅱ(NAD-PH)共同组成了一种微量反应体系。利用荧光测定仪检测NADPH的含量,以荧光的强弱来判断5a-还原酶的活性,以非那雄胺作为阳性对照。结果同对照组相比,反应体系中加入荨麻提取物后荧光值有显著升高。结论荨麻根的水溶性成分在体外能够抑制5a-还原酶的活性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the 5α-reductase inhibitory activity of the aqueous constituents in Urtica fissa E.Pritz’s ectract.MethodsThe 5α-reductase inhibitor’s model in vitro included a mini-reactive system which was composed of 5α-reductase extracted from the prostates of male rats,testosterone(as a substrate) and NADPH(as a hydrogen supplier).The concentration of NADPH was measured by the fluorescence examinination.The specificity of 5α-reductase was judged with finasteride as a positive control.ResultsThe absorbance of fluorescence in the reactive system which was added with the extract of Urtica fissa E.Pritz was remarkably higher than the reference group.Conclusion The Urtica fissa E.Pritz’s aqueous extract can inhibit the activity of the 5α-redutase in vitro.更多还原
