【摘要】 目的建立一种香草醛-硫酸比色法测定桔梗中总皂苷含量的方法,为桔梗的质量控制提供科学依据。方法索氏提取器提取,大孔吸附树脂纯化,香草醛-硫酸比色法测定桔梗总皂苷含量。结果比色法测定的线性方程为A=0.0034C+0.0064,相关系数为r=0.9997,平均加样回收率为96.97%,RSD=1.51%(n=6)。对不同来源桔梗中总皂苷含量进行测定,其含量范围为1.07%～3.76%。结论该法测定准确,重复性好,可用于桔梗药材中桔梗总皂苷的含量测定,便于对桔梗药材进行质量评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a vanillin-H2SO4 colorimetry method for the determination of total saponins in Radix Platycodonis samples,in order to provide a scientific basis for the quality control of Radix Platycodonis.Methods With Platycodin D as standard,the total saponins in Radix platycodonis was extracted with soxhlet extractor and purified with macroporous resin column chromatography,its content was determined by vanillin-H2SO4 colorimetry method.Results The calibration curve of total saponins in Radix Platycodonis samples for this method was A=0.003 4C+0.006 4,r=0.999 7.The average recovery and RSD were 96.97% and 1.51%,respectively.The content range of total saponins in Radix platycodonis from different origins was from 1.07% to 3.76%.Conclusion This determination method is practical,reproducible and can be used for evaluating the quality of Radix Platycodonis samples.更多还原
