【摘要】 目的研究艾迪注射液抗肿瘤作用及其对免疫功能的增强效应。方法利用小鼠体内移植瘤H22肝癌整体动物实验模型分析艾迪注射液的抑瘤率。采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测荷瘤小鼠血清TNF-α和IL-6的水平;分析艾迪注射液对胸腺和脾脏指数的影响,以碳粒廓清法分析艾迪注射液对网状内皮系统吞噬能力。结果艾迪注射液对小鼠体内移植瘤H22肝癌的抑瘤率高达30%以上,显著提高胸腺和脾脏指数、提高血中TNF-α和IL-6的水平,增强内皮系统吞噬能力。结论艾迪注射液对小鼠体内移植瘤H22肝癌具有显著的抑制作用,其机制可能与改善免疫系统的能力相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the antitumor activity and immunoregulatory effect of AiDi injection.MethodsInhibition rate(IR) on tumor growth and indexes of thymus and spleen were determined in mice with transplantable tumors of H22.The contents of TNF-α and IL-6 were detected by ELISA in serum of mice with transplantable tumors of H22,and the carbon particle clearance was used to assay the phagocytic function of reticulo-endotheliial system.ResultsAiDi injection significantly increased the indexes of thymus and spleen,and enhanced contents of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum,elevated the phagocytic function of reticulo-endotheliial system,and its IR was over 30%.ConclusionAiDi injection shows potent antitumor effect in vivo.Promoting immunoactivity maybe one of the antitumor mechanism of AiDi injection.更多还原
