【摘要】 目的优选文山野生金线莲种质资源。方法通过测定不同种金线莲中的总黄酮及多糖含量,并以总黄酮及多糖含量为指标,筛选优质金线莲种质资源。结果6个野生金线莲样品中总黄酮含量基本相同,多糖含量相差较大,其中2号金线莲(花叶开唇兰Anocetochilus roxburghii,叶片无明显叶脉的"金线莲公")总黄酮含量最高,为43.01(mg/g DW);4号野生金线莲(滇越金线兰Anocetochilus chapaensis)多糖含量最高为112.40(mg/g DW)。结论花叶开唇兰A. roxburghii及滇越金线兰A. chapaensis是文山野生金线莲中的优良种质资源。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To select the optimal germplasm resource from the Wild Anocetochilus plants in Wenshan.MethodsIn order to get the high quality idioplasm resources of Anocetochilus which have higher total flavonoids and the polysaccharide contents,the contents of total flavonoid and the ploysaccharide were determined in different Anocetochilus.plants.ResultsTotal flavonoids contents were basically the same,and the polysaccharide content difference was big in 6 wild A.roxbarghii samples.The highest content of total flavonoids was 43.01(mg/g DW) in 2# sample,and the highest content of plolysaccharide was 112.40(mg/g DW) in 4# sample.ConclusionA.roxburghii and A.chapaensis are fine germplasms in Wenshan wild Anocetochilus.更多还原
