【摘要】 目的测定青海地区几种锦鸡儿属植物中总黄酮的含量。方法采用分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品,并利用NaNO2-A l(NO3)3-NaOH显色方法,对青海地区几种锦鸡儿属植物中的总黄酮含量进行测定。结果在最大吸收波长510 nm处芦丁测定的线性方程是A=12.737C-0.0035,相关系数r=0.9996(n=7),测得方法的平均回收率为99.2%(n=6),RSD=1.05%。结论该方法的测定结果准确可靠、快速、重复性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the total flavonoid content of Caragana Fabr.plant from different areas in Qinghai province.MethodsWith rutin as standard samples,spectrophotometry method and the colour method of sodium nitrite—aluminium nitrate—sodium hydroxide were used to determine the total flavonoid content in the plant of Caragana Fabr.from different areas in Qinghai province.ResultsThe calibration curve of rutin at 510nm was A=12.737C-0.003 5,r=0.999 6(n=7),and the average recovery was 99.2 %(n=6) with RSD of 1.05%.ConclusionThis method is reliable,accurate,quick and reproducible.更多还原
