鲎素的抗菌作用
Effect of Tachyplesin of Horseshoe Crab on Escherichia cdi,Shigella dysenteriae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa
【摘要】 目的利用从鲎试剂生产废料中提取出的鲎素,了解鲎素对大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、绿脓杆菌的抑菌作用。方法用酸处理和Sephdex G-50凝胶层析法从鲎试剂生产废料中提取分子量约为3KD的鲎素,然后把鲎素加入菌液培养,24 h后测定结果。结果鲎素能显著抑制大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、绿脓杆菌的生长,其24 h最小有效抗菌浓度分别为:0.23,0.23,1.88μg/m l。结论鲎素具有抗菌作用,可作为新一代的抗菌药物进行开发研究。
【Abstract】 Objective To detect the antibacterial activity of tachyplesin,which extracted from the waste material of tachypleus amebocyte lysate(TAL).Methods Tachyplesin from the waste material of TAL was purified by acid treatment and SephdexG-50 gel chromatography.The Escherichia cdi,Shigella dysenteriae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were treated by tachyplesin for 24h.Results The results showed that the tachyplesin inhibited the growth of Escherichia cdi,Shigella dysenteriae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.The minimum inhibition concentration on Escherichia cdi,Shigella dysenteriae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were 0.23μg/ml,0.23μg/ml and 1.88μg/ml in 24 hours,respectively.Conclusion Tachyplesin can inhibit the growth of certain germs,and it might be a new antibacterial drug.
