【摘要】 目的观察益肾强心方对慢性心衰大鼠神经内分泌和血流动力学的影响。方法以皮下大量注射异丙肾上腺素(ISO)的方法制备慢性心衰大鼠模型。造模成功后,连续给药4周,测定血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)的含量,测定左室内压峰值(LVSP)、左室舒张末压(LVEDP)、左室内压上升最大速率(+dp/dtmax)、左室内压下降最大速率(-dp/dtmax)、心率(HR)和心脏重量指数。结果益肾强心方能显著降低慢性心衰大鼠AngⅡ和NE水平,可明显改善慢性心衰大鼠的LVSP、LVEDP、+dp/dtmax、-dp/dtmax、HR和心脏重量指数的异常变化。结论益肾强心方是防治慢性心衰(CHF)的有效药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of Yishenqiangxin Fang on neuro endocrine activation and hemodynamic parameters of chronic congestive heart failure rat model.Methods A model of heart failure was induced by subcutaneously injection of large dose of ISO in the study.The drugs were taken by oral gavage for 4 weeks.Results Compared with model group,Yishenqiangxin Fang could increase the levels of plasma AⅡ,NE and improve LVSP,LVEDP,+dp/dtmax,-dp/dtmax,HR and heart weight index of congestive heart failure rats.Conclusion Yishenqiangxin Fang is an effective drug in treating CHF.更多还原
