金银花二氧化碳超临界萃取物的体外抑菌作用研究
Research on the Growth Inhibition of CO2-SFE Extracts from Lonicerae on Bacteria in vitro
【摘要】 目的研究金银花CO2超临界萃取(SFE)物的体外抑菌作用。方法采用琼脂扩散法和试管稀释法研究金银花的5种提取工艺,即SFE萃取、SFE-C萃取(C表示带夹带剂)、乙醇提取、超声波提取、共水蒸馏(SD)法提取,所得提取原液药物对6种细菌,即金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、白色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的抑菌作用。结果5种提取原液药物对6种细菌均有一定抑制作用,而且SFE萃取物对绿脓杆菌的MIC为1∶16;SFE-C萃取物对金黄色葡萄球菌和绿脓杆菌的MIC均为1∶16。结论与传统的提取方法相比,采用SFE-C和SFE工艺得到的萃取物含非绿原酸类热敏抗菌物质,提高了金银花的抗菌效果。
【Abstract】 Objective To research the growth inhibition of CO2-SFE extracts from Lonicerae on bacteria in vitro.Methods The agar diffusion and tube dilution methods were used to study the growth on bacteria inhibition of the Lonicerae extracts with five different kinds of extraction approaches,which were SFE extraction,SFE-C extraction,alcohol extraction,ultrasonic extraction and SD extraction,by applying them to the following bacteria: Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,Staphylococcus albus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Salmonella typhimurium.Results All Lonicerae extracts with five kinds of extractions were effective to the bacteria;the MIC against Pseudomonas aeruginosa of SFE extracts was 1∶16;The MIC against Staphylococcus aurous and Pseudomonas aeruginosa of SFE-C extracts was 1∶16.Conclusion Compared with the conventional extractions methods,the extracts with SFE-C extraction and SFE extraction include the heat-sensitive substances which would enhance the inhibiting bacteria ability.
