【摘要】 目的观察肉桂镇咳、祛痰、平喘的作用。方法分别以小鼠和豚鼠构建咳喘模型,观察肉桂镇咳平喘的作用,同时以腹腔注射酚红法观察肉桂的祛痰作用。结果肉桂能明显减少小鼠2 min内咳嗽次数,延长豚鼠引喘潜伏期,促进酚红分泌(P<0.05)。结论肉桂具有镇咳祛痰平喘的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the role of Cassia in preventing cough,eliminating phlegm and relieving asthma.Methods The models of cough and dyspnea made by musculus and cobaya were used to observe the effects of preuenting cough and relieving asthma,and the effect of eliminating phlegm was detected by intraperitoneal injecting phenol red.Results The cassia could reduce obviously frequency of cough in two minutes,and prolong latent period of asthma induced by cobaya,and promote secretion of phenol red(P<0.05).Conclusion The cassia has the effect of preventing cough,eliminating phlegm and relieving asthma.更多还原
