【摘要】 目的观察自拟"清火养胃饮"防治烧伤早期应激性溃疡出血的临床效果。方法采取随机分组的方法,分为治疗组和对照组;两组均按常规抗休克、创面处理等治疗;治疗组47例配合服"清火养胃饮",对照组41例口服等量的温开水;对两组病例早期的血小板计数(PLT)、凝血酶原(PT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)及大便潜血变化情况,进行回顾性总结。结果治疗组的血小板、凝血酶原和纤维蛋白原变化、大便潜血发生率和持续时间,经统计学处理,均优于对照组。结论烧伤早期配合服"清火养胃饮",对患者的凝血功能、消化系统功能等有较好的调节作用,能降低应激性溃疡出血的发生。该方法简便、有效,有推广应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy of"Qing Huo Yang Wei Yin"for preventing and curing hemorrhage in early period of the burn stress ulcer.MethodsPatients were divided randomly into 2 groups(treatment group and controt group).All the patients were treated with ordinary anti-shock medicines and dealt with wound surface.47 cases in treatment group took "Qing Huo Yang Wei Yin".41 cases in control group took the same quantity of boiling water.The parameters of PLT,PT,FIB and the variation of stool occult blood in the two groups were analyzed.ResultsCompared with the control group,the levels of PLT,PT,FIB in blood and the condition of stool occult blood were superior to those of control group.Conclusion"Qing Huo Yang Wei Yin" can adjust the blood coagulation function and the digestive system function well in early period of the burn stress ulcer.The method is simple,effective,and is worthy to be popularized.更多还原
