超临界二氧化碳萃取沉香精油工艺条件研究

【摘要】 以国产沉香药材为原料,研究超临界CO2萃取沉香精油的工艺条件。方法采用正交实验,考察萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间和物料粒度4因素对沉香超临界CO2萃取物得率的影响。结果超临界CO2萃取沉香精油影响因素次序为萃取压力>物料粒度>萃取温度>萃取时间。结论最佳萃取工艺条件为:萃取压力18 MPa,沉香药材粉末过40目筛,萃取温度40℃,萃取时间2 h。此条件下沉香精油得率为0.62%。

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the supercritical CO2 extraction technique with Chinese eaglewood as materials.MethodsThe effects of extration pressure,temperature,time and material granularity on essential oil yield were discussed by orthogonal experiment.ResultsThe influence of the four factors was in order of extraction pressure> materiel granularity> extraction temperature> extraction time.ConclusionThe optimum extraction conditions are as follows: the extraction pressure is 18 MPa,the eaglewood medicinal materials granularity pass 40 eye griddle,extraction temperature is 40℃,extraction time is 2 h.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of eaglewood essential oil is 0.62%.
