逐瘀通脉滴丸的制备工艺研究

【摘要】 目的通过实验筛选逐瘀通脉滴丸的最佳制备工艺。方法通过单因素筛选和正交实验,进行逐瘀通脉滴丸制备工艺及制备条件的研究。结果得出不同的基质配比、药物与基质的配比、滴头大小、滴距、滴速是影响滴丸成型的主要因素,筛选出逐瘀通脉滴丸的最佳制备工艺。结论该工艺制得的滴丸成型性好,丸重差异、崩解时限符合《中国药典》规定,适宜工业化生产。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the optimum preparation process for Zhuyutongmai Drop Pills.Methods To investigate the preparation technique and optimal formulation of Zhuyutongmai Drop Pills based on the studies of influential factors,optimal formulation was obtained by the orthogonal design.Results The main factors for drop pills′ moulding technics were the choice of substrate,its proportion of substrate to drug,the dropping and cooling agent temperature and dropping speed.Conclusion The dropping pills made by this technology has good properties of shaping and small weight deviation.The disintegration time conform to the standard of pharmacopeia.This method is suitable for the preparation of industial production.
