【摘要】 目的观察参归软肝胶囊(SGR)对猪血清所致大鼠免疫性肝损伤、肝纤维化模型的影响。方法复制猪血清所致大鼠免疫性肝损伤、肝纤维化模型,测定血清ALT,AST,Alb,TP,SA,Hyp,观察肝病理变化,判断SGR对猪血清所致的大鼠免疫性肝损伤、肝纤维化模型的影响。结果SGR组ALT,AST,SA和Hyp降低(P<0.05),TP和Alb增加(P<0.05),肝脏损伤和纤维化程度降低(中剂量组P<0.05;高剂量组P<0.01)。结论SGR对猪血清所致大鼠免疫肝损伤、肝纤维化有保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Shen-gui-rangan(SGR) capsule on the hepatic fibrosis in rats.Methods The model of hepatic fibrosis was induced in rats and liver function,serum AST,ALT,Alb,TP,liver SA and Hyp were examined.Histopathological changes were examined by optical microscope.Results Compared with model group,in SGR middle and high groups:Liver functions was improved,ALT,AST,SA and Hyp of Liver were lowered(P<0.05).TP and Alb were increased(P<0.05);The degree of fibrosis was reduced(in SGR middle dosage group P<0.05 and in SGR high dosage group P<0.01).Conclusion SGR capsule has protective effect on hepatic fibrosis in rats.更多还原
