【摘要】 目的测定土党参中党参炔苷的含量,为土党参的质量控制及引种栽培等提供科学依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法分析,依利特-ODS 2(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(20∶80)为流动相,检测波长为270 nm。结果测定了贵州11个不同产地的土党参中党参炔苷的含量,其范围为0.686~4.035 mg.g-1。结论该方法快速简便,重复性好,可用于土党参的质量评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine lobetyolin in Radix Campanumoeae.Methods Hypersil ODS 2(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used with acetonitrile-water(20∶80) as the mobile phase and DAD detection was at 270 nm.Results Radix Campanumoeae from 11 habitats in Guizhou were analyzed.The content of lobetyolin ranged from 0.686~4.035 mg·g-1.Conclusion The method is simple,quick and reproducible.It can be used to control the quality of Radix Campanumoeae.更多还原
