高效液相色谱法测定高良姜中二苯基庚烷A的含量

【摘要】 目的测定高良姜中活性成分二苯基庚烷A含量。方法高效液相色谱(HPLC)法;Elite,Hypersil ODS 25μm(4.6mm×250 mm);检测波长210 nm;柱温30℃;流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水(40∶60);流速1 ml/min。结果二苯基庚烷A的线性范围0.45~3.6μg,r=0.999 93,回收率99.62%,RSD1.53%。结论该方法简便,线性关系良好,可作为高良姜中二苯基庚烷A分离检测的一种依据。

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose is to determine the content of 5-hydroxyl-7-(4"-hydroxyl-3"-methoxyphenyl)-1-pheny-3-heptanone from Alpinia officinarum Hance.Methods The HPLC was used to determine the content of 5-hydroxyl-7-(4"-hydroxyl-3"-methoxyphenyl)-1-pheny-3-heptanone from Alpinia officinarum Hance,the analysis was carried out on Elite Hypersil ODS 25 μm(4.6mm×250mm),the mobile phase was Acetonitrile-0.1%H3PO4(40:60),flow-rate 1.0ml/min and wavelength was 210nm,the colum temperature was 30℃.Results The linear range of 5-hydroxyl-7-(4"-hydroxyl-3"-methoxyphenyl)-1-pheny-3-heptanone was 0.45~3.6 μg and correlation(r) was 0.999 93,recovery was 99.62% and RSD was 1.53%.Conclusion The method is simple and presents a good linear relationship,so it can be used to determine the content of 5-hydroxyl-7-(4"-hydroxyl-3"-methoxyphenyl)-1-pheny-3-heptanone from Alpinia officinarum Hance.
