【摘要】 目的对长白楤木根、茎、叶中所含总黄酮的含量进行测定。方法采用紫外分光光度法于360 nm波长处测定。结果总黄酮在4.08~32.64μg/m l范围内线性关系良好,其回归方程为:A=0.018 3C+0.012 7,R2=0.999 2;平均加样回收率为100.63%(RSD=1.93%)。结论该方法简便、准确,可用于长白楤木的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for the determination of the total flavonoids in roots,stalks and leaves of Aralia continentalis Kitagwa.Methods The total flavonoids in roots,stalks and leaves of Aralia continentalis Kitagwa were determined by spectrophotometric method at 360 nm wavelength.Results Sample size showed a good linear relationship at the range of 4.08～32.64 μg/ml,and the curve was A=0.018 3C+0.012 7,R2=0.999 2.The average recovery was 96.2% and RSD was 1.42%(n=6).Conclusion This method is easy and accurate,and can be used for quality control of Aralia continentalis Kitagwa.更多还原
