【Abstract】 At present, teaching evaluation has become a hot topic of people from all circles of life and institutions of higher learning in practice and theoretical research. The effectiveness of teaching evaluation is a realistic goal pursued by various institutions of higher learning. This paper tries to discuss the effectiveness of teaching evaluation from two dimensions of reliability and validity and furthermore conduct an in- depth theoretical analysis of the validity of teaching evaluation from three dimensions of purpose, process and the treatment of the results.更多还原
