【Abstract】 Discussing the concept and connection of culture and arts, this paper suggests that the culture construction in universities plays a key role in cultivating students’ comprehensive abilities. Based on the current characteristics of the art education in higher education, the paper proposes the model of integrating culture construction with art education, thus making the art education, teaching, learning both inside and outside the classroom and resources more effective.更多还原
