【摘要】 [目的]评价健胃止溃胶囊治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。[方法]治疗组给予健胃止溃胶囊8粒,tid,饭后服,1周为1疗程。对照组给予雷尼替丁胶囊0.15g,bid,po,疗程1周。两组在服药期间均禁止服用其它治疗胃病的药物及影响疗效观察的药物。[结果]健胃止溃胶囊组溃疡愈合率为73.53%,总有效率为97.06%,雷尼替丁组溃疡愈合率为55.88%,总有效率为94.12%。两组愈合率相比有较明显差异。[结论]健胃止溃胶囊治疗胃溃疡有较好疗效,且不良反应少而轻微,是一种安全有效的药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 [ Objective] To evaluate Stomachic relieve ulcer capsule of the clinical efficacy of the treatment of gastric ulcer. [ Methods ] Treatment group Stomachic relieve ulcer capsule 8 tablets, tid, after meals, clothing , 1 week to 1 course of treatment. Control group given ranitidine capsules 0. 15g, bid, po, course of 1 week. The two groups during the medication treatment are prohibited from taking other drugs and the impact of gastric effects of the drug observed. [Results] Stomachic relieve ulcer capsule group of ulcer healing rate of 73. 53% , total effective rate was 97. 06% , ranitidine group ulcer healing rate of 55. 88% , total effective rate was 94. 12%. Healing rates were compared to a more significant difference. [Conclusion] Stomachic relieve ulcer capsule had better therapeutic efficacy of gastric ulcer, and slightly fewer adverse reactions, is a safe and effective drugs.更多还原
