【摘要】 中国石化广州分公司采用超深度脱硫催化剂RS-1000在200×104t/a柴油加氢精制装置进行了生产符合欧Ⅳ和欧Ⅴ标准的低硫和超低硫清洁柴油的工业试验。标定数据表明,柴油产品硫含量分别为3.7～15.5μg/g、1.5～6.0μg/g,符合欧Ⅳ和欧Ⅴ标准的要求;RS-1000催化剂具有良好的适应性,失活速度慢,可在高苛刻度条件下操作,具有很好的加氢选择性,柴油产品收率均超过98%,总液体收率在99%以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ultradeep desulfurizing catalyst RS-1000 been put into use on a pilot basis to product lowsulfur & ultralow-sulfur clean diesel fuel in a 200 ×104t/a industrial diesel hydrofining unit in SINOPEC Guanzhou Company.Calibration results show that the diesel fuel with a sulfur content of 3.7-15.5μg/g,which meets Euro Ⅳ standards,as well as diesel fuel with a sulfur content of 1.5-6.0μg/g,which meets Euro Ⅴ standards.Catalyst RS-1000 has good adaptability,takes long to become inactive and has good hydrogenation selectivity under the high seversity operations.The yield of diesel fuel exceeds 98% ,and total liquid yields exceeds 99%.更多还原
