石油生产系统用能分析方法及节能潜力判别准则研究

【摘要】 借鉴复杂系统用能分析的"黑箱分析"、"白箱分析"和"灰箱分析"模型,提出了石油生产系统用能评价分析的原理方法和过程。依据热力学原理和合理用能的观点阐述了节能潜力的科学概念。建立了用来判别节能潜力的准则系列,即效率比系列的理论效率比、最高效率比、设计效率比和单耗比系列的最小单耗比、设计单耗比,同时介绍了依据判别准则进行定性判别节能潜力的方法。探讨了节能潜力的定量估算方法。

【Abstract】 Drawing on the Black-box,White-box and Gray-box models used in energy consumption analysis for complex systems,this article presents the method for assessing the energy efficiency of the petroleum pro-duction system and describes its process.Based on thermodynamic principles and from the point of view of using energy efficiently,the article discusses the concept of potential for saving energy and establishes a sys-tem of criteria for assessing energy saving potential,i.e.,the theoretical efficiency ratio,the maximum efficien-cy ratio,the designed efficiency ratio,the minimum unit consumption ratio,and the designed unit consumption ratio.Also,the article describes the methods of assessing energy saving potential based on these criteria as well as the methods of quantifying the potential.
