聚驱井采出液法向力的数值模拟研究

【摘要】 聚驱井采出液在井筒内流动产生的法向力是加剧聚驱井抽油杆偏磨的主要因素。根据非牛顿流体力学理论,采用上随体Maxwell模型建立聚驱井采出液的法向力模型。采用数值分析方法,模拟了抽油机井杆管偏心环空内采出液的速度场,并推导了抽油杆表面的速度梯度差,结合修正的聚合物溶液零剪切黏度公式,给出了抽油杆所受的法向力。结合实例分析可知,采出液浓度越高,法向力越大;杆管偏心量越大,法向力越大;抽油杆运动速度越快,法向力越大,可为研究聚驱井抽油杆柱的防偏磨措施提供理论基础。

【Abstract】 The normal force from production liquid flowing in polymer flooding wells is a main factor to accelerate eccentric wearing of sucker rod.According to the theory of non-Newton fluid mechanics,a model of normal force from production liquid in polymer flooding wells is established by using the upper-convected Maxwell model.The velocity field of production liquid in eccentric annulus of sucker rod pipe is modeled,and the velocity gradient difference on sucker rod surface is derived through a numerical analysis method.In combination with a modified zero-shear viscosity equation of polymer solution,the normal force exerted on sucker rod can be given.By combining with an example analysis,it is found that the higher the production liquid concentration,the greater the normal force;that the higher the eccentricity of sucker rod pipe,the greater the normal force,and that the quicker the movement of sucker rod,the greater the normal force.All these can provide a theoretical basis for probing into measures to prevent eccentric wearing of sucker rod.
