物理法随钻堵漏技术的试验研究

【摘要】 分析了一种新的防漏堵漏技术——物理法随钻防漏堵漏技术的室内试验堵漏效果,根据其作用机理和基于该技术的井下物理模型,结合实际应用时的钻井参数,设计并制造了防漏堵漏试验装置。通过对比分析不同条件下的堵漏试验结果,研究旋转射流在井壁上的影响,对几种堵漏材料的随钻防漏堵漏效果进行了试验评价;在钻井液配方不变的条件下,分析了钻柱转速对堵漏效果的影响以及应用该技术前后的堵漏效果。最终确定了合理的随钻防漏堵漏钻井液配方,并证实物理法随钻防漏堵漏技术具有显著的防漏堵漏效果。

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes laboratory experimental results of a new technology-leaking protection and sealing technology named Sealing While Drilling using physical materials.Based on the working mechanism and underground physical model of this technique,the experimental device was designed according to actual drilling parameters.Through comparison and analysis of stop leak experiments under different conditions,the impact of rotation tools jet on wellbore was investigated,the results of several different material on stop leak was evaluated.Under the same drilling fluid,the impact of rotation speed of drill string to stop leaking was analyzed.The optimized drilling fluid to stop leaking was determined and the results indicate that this technology has the remarkable impact on stopping leaking.
