高陡层理性地层井壁稳定性模拟试验研究
Mechanical borehole stability test study in highly-dipped laminated formation
【摘要】 为了分析在钻进高陡层理性地层过程中井壁失稳问题的影响因素,进行了地面模拟试验研究。通过在水泥模拟试件中预置不同倾角的层理面,利用真三轴模拟试验系统测定了不同倾角层理性地层直井井眼模拟试件的承载能力,确定了地层倾角与井壁稳定性之间的关系,同时也测定了试件在不同井眼液柱压力下的稳定时间。研究表明:在地层倾角较低的情况下提高钻井液液柱压力,井壁稳定时间延长;但在高陡条件下,提高钻井液液柱压力,井壁稳定时间不一定同比延长,可能出现井壁稳定时间缩短的现象。
【Abstract】 Simulation test is conducted to study the factors that affect the borehole instability while drilling in highly-dipped forma-tion.The maximum load capacity in different angles of dip-formation is tested with the true-triaxial test system.The correlation between dip and borehole stability is confirmed.Simultaneously the stable time under different fluid column pressure is also tested with the same system.It is revealed that the stable time will be increased by increasing the mud column pressure in low-dip formations.But the result may be opposite in highly-dipped formations.
