血管内皮生长因子和微血管密度与非小细胞肺癌预后的关系

【摘要】 目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和微血管密度(MVD)与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)预后的关系。方法:运用免疫组织化学方法检测43例NSCLC石蜡切片中MVD和VEGF的表达,采用Kaplan-meier法和COX模型(似然比检验)进行分析。结果:单因素生存分析显示MVD阳性、VEGF阳性表达的肺癌患者术后生存期缩短;多因素COX回归分析显示MVD是NSCLC患者预后的独立预测因子。MVD阳性NSCLC患者术后死亡的相对危险度是MVD阴性患者的34.247倍(似然比检验,P<0.01)。结论:MVD可能是NSCLC预后较强的独立预测因子,MVD高则NSCLC患者预后不良。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationships between vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) or microvessel density (MVD) and the prognosis of non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods MVD and expression of VEGF in 43 specimens of NSCLC were examined by immunohistochemical staining, and analyzed by Kaplan-meier and COX regression (Forward LR). Results The positive expression of VEGF and positive MVD predicated shorter overall survival. Multivariate analysis revealed that MVD was an independent prognostic factor for NSCLC. The risk ratio of death of patients with positive MVD was 34.247 folds of those with negative MVD (P<0.01). Conclusion MVD may be an independent prognostic factor for NSCLC, the higher it is expressed, the shorter the patients’ survival time is.
